外媒實測蘋果官方Self Repair自己修iPhone服務，下訂後送來兩大箱共38公斤重工具組

近日，蘋果在國外推出了自助維修（iPhone Self Repair Program）服務，允許使用者透過租用工具的方式自助維修手上出現故障的 iPhone。

這個工具包重量為 79 磅（約 35800公克），國外科技媒體 AppleInsider 率先帶來了這些工具的開箱。

目前這個工具包只能維修 iPhone 12 系列、iPhone 13 系列和 iPhone SE 等比較新的機型，不過未來也可能會擴展到更多設備上。透過該工具包，可以自行維修螢幕碎裂或更換電池等。

想要預訂這樣一個工具包，租賃費用為 49 美元（約台幣1450元），最長可以使用 7 天，但是需要 1272 美元（約台幣37550元）的押金。科技媒體 AppleInsider 以更換電池為例，進行了此工具包的開箱體驗。

他們表示，下訂之後，工具包運輸到貨時間需要 2 天時間，內含兩個大型 Pelican 品牌的箱子，這兩個箱子加起來有大約36公斤重。

兩個箱子一大一小，箱子內均有蘋果的退貨用標籤，以便於在完成維修之後將這個工具包重新寄回給蘋果公司。另外也附有說明書和指南，以及操作時需要使用的電源線。

首先，圖上這個工具是用來鬆開固定螢幕用黏膠的托盤。使用者將手機放入托盤中，固定好手機，然後進入下一個步驟。

接著將這個托盤放入裡面所附的專用機器中，這個機器將會固定你的手機，並將手機加熱到指定的溫度，讓手機螢幕上的黏膠軟化脫落。

當手機被加熱到固定溫度之後，使用上方的旋鈕來將手機螢幕吸起來。這個旋鈕連結到一個吸盤，可以吸住螢幕並將之拉起。拉出來之後，使用者可以用其他工具將殘膠清除。

另外箱子中有兩個小盒子，裡面有各種可能會使用到的工具，包括螺絲刀，以及數個不同適合不同型號手機的托盤，用於更換螢幕及電池。

首先是螢幕更換，使用者將舊的手機螢幕拔出來之後，按照說明說指示將新的螢幕安裝上去，然後將手機放入特定的托盤中，再將手機放入這個壓製機中。機器上有個手把，壓下去後將會對手機施壓，讓螢幕和手機本體密合。使用這個機器密合螢幕，才不會讓手機的防水性或安全性遭到破壞。

最後是更換電池用的機器。按照說明說更換好電池後，再使用這個機器對手機施壓，以確保電池被牢牢固定在手機內部。這個工具會對電池施加持續、均勻的壓力，同時確保電池不被損壞。

在台灣找普通的店面維修手機其實不貴，速度也很快，但是手機拆過之後，保固就會失效。而租借這個機器，需要花更久的時間及更多的金錢，用完了還必須歸還，而且自行維修也不是每個人都做得到。如果是你，會想要租一套這樣的工具來維修手機嗎？
