HONDA 與 NISSAN 在合併破局後簽署重大軟體合作協議

HONDA 與 NISSAN 剛向外界揭露雙方重要合作的項目，兩家公司已於 8 月 31 日簽署共同開發協議，將針對次世代車款所搭載的電子控制單元、車載作業系統、中介軟體以及車輛控制軟體進行標準化；目標是在 2029 會計年度實現。此次合作並不會催生共用平台或成立新公司，但代表 HONDA 與 NISSAN 計畫將同一套共同開發的程式碼，植入未來雙方品牌旗下燃油、油電混合與電動車型的車載電腦中。

HONDA 與 NISSAN 究竟要標準化什麼

該協議涵蓋四個特定層面：電子架構中的數個核心 ECU、車載作業系統本身、介於硬體與應用程式之間的中介軟體關鍵部分，以及在其之上運行的車輛控制軟體。雙方目前皆尚未公布具體的適用車型，不過 HONDA 已經透過房車與 SUV 原型車展示了其油電混合架構未來的發展方向，而 NISSAN 即將推出的油電混合系統，在問世後也有望運行於同一套共享的電腦架構上。

合作夥伴依舊，但不走向企業合併

18 個月前，這對合作夥伴曾考慮過更大規模的動作。HONDA、NISSAN 與 MITSUBISHI 在 2024 年底簽署了合作備忘錄，以研究事業整合與可能的策略合作夥伴關係。在 2025 年初，合併談判因對主導權與架構的分歧而破局。

HONDA 將此次合作嚴格定位為策略合作夥伴關係，而非重啟合併談判或進行新的資本合作的前奏。在簽約前的幾個月，HONDA 執行長曾預告與 NISSAN 將有更廣泛的合作，但同時也否認了有關非承載式車身合作的臆測。這種謹慎的態度顯示，兩家車廠對於實際要共享哪些專案，都抱持著高度審慎的態度。

對於消費者而言，共用作業系統所帶來的實際好處，與 TESLA 以及中國電動車廠多年來所仰賴的優勢相同：透過軟體更新在車輛交車後持續新增功能而非將車輛的功能鎖定在出廠當天。至於這套系統會率先出現在電動 SUV 還是油電房車上，兩家公司並未說明。但他們已經確認，邁向量產的時程現在已經正式起跑。
