統一官方當然也在這次事件有回應,表示冰的融化速度有三個因素,分別是溫度、乳化劑跟粘稠劑,雖然在盒外已經有標示乳化劑跟粘稠劑,但添加的是哪種劑則沒寫清楚,到目前也都不知道是什麼,要讓冰淇淋這麼久不融化,應該是加了很厲害的粘稠劑吧。
